  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non‑Returnable Items

For safety and regulatory reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Products returned without prior approval
  • Custom, bulk, or made‑to‑order items (including IBCs and special blends)
  • Products where the incorrect item was ordered by the customer

This does not affect your rights under applicable consumer or commercial supply laws.

How to Request a Return

Before returning any product, please contact us to obtain approval.

To request a return, please provide:

  • Order number
  • Product name and pack size
  • Reason for return
  • Photographs (where applicable)

Return requests submitted without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Approval and Freight

If a return is approved:

  • We will provide instructions for return or collection
  • Return freight may be customer‑responsible unless the return is due to our error or a fault
  • Bulk items (such as drums and IBCs) may require specialised freight arrangements

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method and order type
